Long term client relationships are a result of our flexible, responsive support services.

Compupros Unlimited can provide a combination of telephone, on-site and remote access support to cost effectively maintain our client's systems.

Routine performance monitoring and administration can be facilitated remotely using Terminal Services, an integral part of the Windows 2000 Server operating system. On occasions where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will normally be on site within four hours or next day.

 To enable improved support to your environment we recommend the use of Remotely Anywhere, a third party product offering advanced diagnostic and administrative tools enabling us to go beyond the basic remote control offered through Terminal Services.

Compupros Unlimited is happy to support existing systems as well as those installed by ourselves.

Support is charged at a pre-agreed fixed hourly/daily rates.
